- Log out of the app, then log back in
- Restart the app
- Restart the device
- Redownload the app
- Update the app
- Reset your network settings

You may also want to try updating your operating system. The Courier App supports Android devices running OS 8 and newer and iOS devices running iOS 12 and newer. We suggest keeping your operating system up to date.
If you experience any issues updating your app, try deleting the existing app and then turn your phone off for at least three minutes. After that, you may turn your phone back on to reinstall the app.
