What does Eligible Fast Cash Balance mean?
Eligible Fast Cash Balance is the portion of your delivery revenue that you can withdraw during the Fast Cash transaction. This amount is the same as 'Current Balance' in the app when you begin the Fast Cash transaction.
I tried to set up Fast Cash, but my account could not be verified. What happened?
Verification may fail due to issues with your debit card, photo ID, or profile information. Photos that are difficult to read may delay your verification. Please ensure your profile information matches that of your identification document.
A reason for the failure may be provided on the Set Up Fast Cash page. Click “Edit Info” to make the required updates before trying again.
Are there any limits to how much revenue I can cash out?
You must have a minimum balance of $20.00 to cash out. The maximum amount you can cash out in a single transaction is $300.00. If you wish to cash out more than this amount, you may request another Fast Cash Deposit after the first one has been processed.
The maximum cash-out amount per day is $1,000.00. Any balance that you do not cash out by Monday at 7:00 AM (UTC) will be deposited to your account within your regular weekly Auto Deposit.
Can I cash out whenever I want?
You may cash out as frequently as you like, including weekends and holidays. While you are On Shift, Fast Cash is temporarily unavailable. After your shift ends, you may choose to cash out with Fast Cash at that time. There is a one-hour processing time for your delivery revenue to be added to your current balance.
Fast Cash will be temporarily unavailable if you already have a deposit pending.
I tried to cash out, but the deposit failed. What happened?
If a deposit failed, a reason may be provided within “Deposits” in the Revenue section of the Courier App. If the deposit could not be completed due to a debit card or bank issue, please contact your bank to resolve the issue.
If you need to update an unsupported debit card, visit the Set Up Fast Cash page and click “Update Card”. You will be asked to enter the required details for your new debit card in the "Add a Debit Card" page again.
Why does my Current Balance not match my Total Revenue?
Your Current Balance is the amount of revenue eligible to cash out using Fast Cash. After the completion of each delivery, there is a one hour processing time for your delivery revenue to be added in your Fast Cash Current Balance.
Some types of revenue are exempt from Fast Cash, such as reimbursements and incentives offered on the network.
Any balance that you do not cash out by Monday at 7:00 AM (UTC) will be deposited to your account within your regular weekly Auto Deposit.
You can view a breakdown of “How You Received Your Revenue” within your weekly revenue statements.
How will Fast Cash revenue appear on my statements?
If you cashed out using Fast Cash, your weekly revenue statement will include a total for “Fast Cash Fees”. You can view a breakdown of “How You Receive Your Revenue” within your weekly revenue statements. The revenue that you choose to cash out will appear as “Fast Cash Deposit”.

Please know your banking information for weekly direct deposits doesn’t change or get updated when you add a debit card for setting up Fast Cash.
