As a courier delivering on the Skip Network, you’re the boss of your own schedule. Besides setting your own availability, you can also pick up open shifts released from time to time in the Courier App. Besides providing more control and flexibility, open shifts are also a great way to maximize your earning potential. 

Here’s how you can view and pick up open shifts:

• In the Courier App, go to the “Open Shifts” tab of the schedule section. 
• Refresh the screen by swiping through the calendar in a downward direction. 
• To pick up an open shift, tap the add icon beside the shift to review the details and add it to your schedule.
• After you accept, the shift will show up under the “My Shifts” tab along with your other shifts.  

Please note that you won’t be able to pick up open shifts that overlap with your scheduled shifts. 

If you’d like to deliver at a given time but there are no open shifts available, simply change your status from “Offline” to “Available”. We’ll notify you if we require additional couriers.
