The status of your signup is dependent on the completion of the following checkpoints:

1. Uploading your relevant documents, including a driver’s license, proof of insurance, and work permits or proof of residency
2. Completion of all of the learning videos in the Courier Portal.
3. Purchase and passing the  background check
4. Providing valid banking information for direct deposits
5. Purchasing your Skip thermal bags or receiving approval on your existing bags 
6. Lastly, downloading the Courier App

Note: Background checks can take up to 14 business days to process. Once all the above requirements are met, and your background check is approved, your account will be activated.
