Top-Up Promotion

The Top-Up Promotion guarantees couriers a minimum earnings amount (transit pay + tip) for each completed delivery when their acceptance rate is 80% or above. Your acceptance rate is the percent of offers you’ve accepted and completed, out of the last 10 offers received.  For example, if you accept 8 out of 10 offers, your acceptance rate is 80%. It’s always calculated based on your last 10 offers, regardless of when you received those offers.

The top-up amount appears on your regular payment cycle. 

Fast Track Offer Matching

With the Fast Track Offer Matching promotion, couriers with a high acceptance rate are more likely to be matched with offers faster. Unlike Top-Ups, there is no minimum acceptance rate to be eligible for Fast Track Offer Matching. Maintaining a higher acceptance rate makes you more likely to get matched with new offers.

Our algorithm considers a number of factors such as vehicle type, distance from the restaurant, and offer acceptance rate when matching couriers with offers under the Fast Track Offer Matching promotion.
