To deliver in a new city, you first need to drop or complete all of your scheduled shifts in your current zone. Then, get in touch with us via email email@example.com or by using offline chat in the Courier App and we’ll begin the process so you can deliver in a new city.
Here’s how you can drop shifts:
- Log in to the Courier App
- Tap the shift you wish to drop
- For confirmed shift or shifts that are starting soon, double-tap the shift > slide it to the left > tap the “x” icon > select “Drop Shift”
- For unconfirmed shifts or shifts far in the future, tap on the “x” icon next to the shift time
If you’d prefer to complete your shifts, we recommend removing your availability for the upcoming week and not picking up any open shifts.
Once you've dropped or completed all shifts, we’ll process your request to change your delivery zone and city.
