We value the security of all users on the Skip Network. Whether you’re a restaurant partner, a courier, or a customer, your safety is our priority. 

To become a courier on the Skip Network, you’re required to complete a background check. A background check usually takes 3 to 5 days to process, but can take up to 14 days.

During your signup process, once you’ve purchased the background check, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete the background check within two business days from Sterling Talent Solutions, Kennect API, or TalentWise.  

If you've completed a background check within 90 days of your signup, you can email it to us at courier.signup@skiphedishes.com. 

Once your background check is complete, we will receive it automatically and be in touch with you for the next steps.
