The Courier Portal is where you’ll find all of your courier account information and where you can reset your password to access the Courier App.
- Head to the Courier Portal at couriers.skipthedishes.com
- Click the link to indicate you’ve forgotten your password.
- Submit your email address to get your password reset link.
- Open the email and submit your new password, and follow the guidelines for creating strong passwords.
- You’ll get another email to notify you once your password has been updated.
Note* If you do not get the page where it asks you to change your password after clicking the link, and the available options you see are "Profile, Earnings, etc." that means you are already logged in to the Courier Portal. Please click on the hamburger icon(≡) on the top right corner and click Logout. Then find the link in your email and click again.
Please make sure that you are logged out from your Courier Portal from other devices as well.
